I ordered a jacket from corbetts.com during a sale, I think it was sometime last month or maybe the end of the month before, and ended up getting a solid discount. The price was better than a few other sites I had looked at, so that was a nice win. Checkout was simple enough and the delivery was fine, not exactly lightning fast, but nothing to complain about. I’m taking off one star just because a bunch of sizes were already sold out by the time I ordered. Overall, I’m happy with what I got for the price.

Ordered a pendant light from corbetts and it turned up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. I’m being very calm about it, obviously, but it looks just like the photos and feels really good quality. Fitting it was straightforward too, so no drama there. no issues at all — really happy with it.

I checked out corbetts and the selection was okay, I guess. I did find a few things I needed, but it was a bit frustrating because some brands and sizes were missing. It ended up taking me longer than I expected just to settle on something. It’s not a terrible place to shop, but the lack of options stood out more than anything. I might look again if I had to, but it definitely wouldn’t be my first choice.

Maybe I was expecting too much, or maybe I didn’t explain what I was looking for clearly enough, but it didn’t really feel like they knew the products all that well. They were nice enough, though, so I don’t want to be too harsh

It felt like the goalposts kept moving, first it was available, then suddenly it wasn’t, and by then I’d already missed the chance to buy it somewhere else. To be fair, the refund did come through without any drama, so it wasn’t a total disaster. But it still wasted my time, and their website really needs to show what’s actually available.

I remember checking the tracking a bunch of times, hoping for an update, and it barely changed for a while. It wasn’t extremely late or anything, but it definitely took longer than I expected and made the whole experience feel a little frustrating. Overall, not bad, just average. I’d maybe order again, but probably only if I wasn’t in a hurry.

The prices weren’t bad overall, but I did end up finding a few items cheaper somewhere else. It’s still worth checking out, though.

Got the email when it was ready, showed up, and there was no confusion at all. The guy at the counter was friendly and had my order out really fast. Box looked good, everything was inside, and the whole thing was simple. I’d definitely use the pickup option again...
